• You are responsible for ensuring your passport generally has at least 6 months of validity beyond your travel dates.
• You must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
• You agree not to use our platform for any fraudulent or illegal activities.

4. Fees and Payments

All service fees must be paid in full before we process your application. Government visa fees are separate and are subject to change without notice. Our service fees are non-refundable once the processing has begun, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

FlyAnyTrip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or any other actions taken by government authorities/embassies.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount of service fees paid by you to us.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of FlyAnyTrip and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
